You need care you can trust.
How can you help me?
We’ll explore what keeps you stuck, where those patterns may come from, and what you want to change. Whether you bring anxiety, painful experiences, or relationship difficulties, your experiences, relationships, and values help shape our work.
What would we do together?
We’ll start with what happened, what you’re noticing, and what matters most now. Together, we can explore recurring patterns and practice ways to feel more grounded. Your goals guide the work. Your culture, values, and faith are welcome here.
Is there a way forward?
Therapy can help you understand what keeps repeating, work through experiences that still affect you, and develop responses that fit the person you want to be. A consultation is a first step toward deciding whether working together feels right.

You don’t need to have the right words to begin.
Start with what feels important. We can find the words together.Care with perspective.
Experience shaped by learning
Dr. Crosse has spent years supporting youth and adults through painful experiences that affect their relationships, well-being, and quality of life. Her commitment to thoughtful, effective care led her to advanced clinical training.
She earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Colorado Christian University. Her education and continued training inform how she helps clients understand their experiences and work toward change.
Understanding the client’s chair
Dr. Crosse has also experienced counseling as a client. She understands the vulnerability of sharing parts of your life that are difficult to discuss—and that meaningful change takes time, trust, and commitment.
You’re welcome to ask questions, share what helps you feel comfortable, or talk about therapy experiences that didn’t go well. There is room to say what you need from therapy and from your therapist.
Your life deserves thoughtful care.
